David W.T. Brown is one of the most sought after, successful trial attorneys in Los Angeles. A partner in the firm since 1990, he has provided savvy, passionate and sophisticated counsel to a broad array of clients, including individuals, institutions, corporations, and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Brown has tried over 75 cases to verdict during his career, and has handled a wide array of matters involving complex business litigation, medical malpractice, dental malpractice, personal injury, real estate, employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes, civil rights, wrongful death, toxic torts, traumatic brain injury, and class actions. Many attorneys throughout the state and beyond seek Mr. Brown’s assistance after they have worked up the case, in trying their cases before juries. Mr. Brown currently represents clients in claims against Monsanto related to its products causing cancer to persons who used RoundUp at their places of employment. Mr. Brown has obtained judgments totaling well over $1.7 billion during his legal career.
Additionally, Mr. Brown has successfully argued matters before the California Courts of Appeal and California Supreme Court, including the namesake Huskinson & Brown, LLP v. Wolf, 32 Cal.4th 453 (2004).
